Happy Fourth!

Katie is going to Stepping Stones day camp this summer. She goes Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. She loves it! They swim, go boating, take nature walks, play on the playground, do arts and crafts activities, etc. She is going to be spoiled when she goes back to school in August--she'll be wondering why she has to work so much!

This past Friday, the camp had a Fourth of July parade and cookout for all the families. The parade was really cute! Katie didn't want to participate in it, though. It wasn't what she normally does at that scheduled time, so she insisted on sticking with her schedule! She's a hoot! She did join us at the cookout, though, and sat down with us and looked at a book and ate some food. She was ready to leave soon after, though. She's not much on parties and large crowds! We had a fun time, though.
